MINOR CHILD PARTICIPANT POLICY (PER AMA REQUIREMENTS)

Any Minor Child under age 18 entering the premises, WHETHER RIDING OR NOT, must be accompanied by a Parent or Legal Guardian who will remain present with the Minor for the duration of the Minor’s participation in the event.

BOTH* of the Minor’s Parents/Guardians must sign the Minor Release. If only one Parent/Guardian will be accompanying the Minor, please print the Minor Release and obtain both signatures prior to arriving at the track.

If neither Parent/Guardian is able to accompany the Minor, the Minor will be admitted ONLY IF ALL of the following conditions are met:

• The Minor is accompanied by an Authorized Adult acting on behalf of the Minor’s Parents/Guardians and who will remain present with the Minor for the duration of the Minor’s participation in the event.
• The Authorized Adult provides an original AND NOTARIZED Guardianship Form that has been signed by BOTH of the Minor’s Parents/Guardians.
• The Authorized Adult provides an original AND NOTARIZED Minor Release that has been signed by BOTH of the Minor’s Parents/Guardians.

* NOTE: The requirement for Both Parents/Guardians to sign the Minor Release (and Guardianship Form if applicable) is waived ONLY IF a single Parent/Guardian represents that he/she has SOLE CUSTODY of the Child.

NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE
